By accessing or using Oz, the electronic health record platform operated by ozehr LLC, you agree to these terms and any applicable agreements between ozehr LLC and your healthcare organization.
Services
Oz provides cloud-based electronic health record, scheduling, intake, documentation, billing workflow, patient communication, AI-assisted workflow, and related services for healthcare providers and patients.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for using the services only as authorized by your organization and applicable law.
SMS communications
Patients who opt in may receive recurring transactional SMS messages such as appointment reminders, confirmations, intake links, account messages, and care-related notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
